REPLACEMENT OR REFUND GUARANTEE;

In the extremely rare event that any components you purchase from Phoenix Components are not of the required standard, that is to say they don't work electronically to manufacturers specifications, simply return them to Phoenix Components within 60 days of purchase for replacement or refund.

Whether you require obsolete, shortage, or day-to-day components, RoHs compliant products or Military specification, when you work with Phoenix Components you will benefit from knowing we stand behind our parts, unlike our competitors who offer only a 30 day guarantee.

Delivery guarantee and order tracking

You are given a firm dispatch date along with UPS tracking number so you can monitor the dispatch of your delivery… you can request an e-mail or fax every time a shipment is dispatched, with the delivery tracking number and delivery date.

Quality and ESD checked shipments

Your orders are carefully packed, using shielded, conductive or vacuum-sealed packaging where necessary, so you receive your parts in perfect condition. In addition, all our suppliers are constantly monitored, which means you receive the highest standard of quality, part of our inspection includes batch checking and the use of high-powered magnification equipment.
